Bachelor Flat Renovation SW15

This young client found a derelict flat in Putney in need of full modernisation. With advice from our structural engineer and asbestos specialist, we removed a wall to create a fabulous open plan kitchen / living room. New windows and balcony door create an extremely bright and spacious room. We changed all the flooring and our award-winning bathroom designer created a clean, modern bathroom with secret laundry cupboard. The result is a perfect, two bedroom flat.
