This was another property from one of our overseas clients who had rented his flat for years to a tenant that wrecked it. The property was uninhabitable. From rat droppings to filthy bathrooms and kitchen, the entire property needed to be stripped out. After a full renovation from our team, the property looks unrecognisable and fantastic.
